Any of them: cats, dogs, and other pets with diabetes. GlucoPet is not limited by species—you can configure units, target ranges, and injection schedules according to your veterinarian's recommendations.

A glucose value, insulin dose, and note for each entry. You can also run glucose curves—a series of readings taken over the course of a day.

Set the insulin name, usual doses, morning and evening injection times, nadir reading time, and target ranges once in the pet's settings. GlucoPet will then add them to entries automatically.

Either. Change the units in Settings under Appearance; entries, charts, and reports are converted automatically.

It is a series of readings taken at regular intervals after an injection, allowing your veterinarian to see how insulin works throughout the day. GlucoPet creates curve points based on your pet's schedule, tracks skipped points, and can remind you about each one.

With Shared care access, they see everything needed for ongoing care: readings, injections, the schedule, doses, and target ranges. The owner retains control of the pet profile and invitations.

With Pet sitting access, they see only readings and injections on a simplified screen with plain-language guidance: what to measure, how much insulin to give, and what to do if blood sugar is low. They also see your note explaining where to find the insulin and glucose meter, what to feed, and whom to call. Settings are not available in this mode.

Yes. The invitation is sent by email, and the link is valid for 7 days. They only need to sign in with the same address—no password is required; a code will be sent by email. If the message does not arrive, the invitation will appear under Invitations in their settings.

Only the log owner. Invited people cannot change the pet profile, configure reminders, or invite others. With Pet sitting access, they can edit only their own entries.

Yes. Choose an end date when sending the invitation. Access will end at the close of that day in the pet's time zone. You can revoke access earlier in Settings; entries that have already been added will remain in the log.

Yes. GlucoPet can send push notifications for morning and evening injections, the nadir reading, and glucose curve points based on the pet's schedule. You can choose to be reminded several minutes in advance. Reminders are configured by the owner and require an account.

Push notifications depend on your browser and operating system, so GlucoPet cannot guarantee delivery. They must be enabled separately on each device. On an iPhone, add GlucoPet to the Home Screen and open it from the icon. Your system or browser may block notifications, delay them in power-saving mode, or stop showing them if the site has not been opened for a long time.

Check their status under Reminders in Settings, and do not rely on them as your only alarm for an injection.

Open Account (at the bottom of the sidebar, or at the top of Settings on a phone), download a full backup on one device, and restore it from the file on the other. With an account, there is nothing to transfer—your data is saved to the cloud automatically.

Yes. On the Account page, you can import up to 10,000 entries at a time from a CSV file. Import is available to the owner and shared caregivers.

GlucoPet does not use passwords. Enter your email address, and you will receive a code valid for 10 minutes. You can also continue with Google or Apple.

Open Account and select Delete account. Pets, entries, and photos are permanently deleted from the cloud, so download a backup first.

Only you and the people you invite to the log. Your data is not sold or used for advertising.

Privacy Policy

There is no separate app—GlucoPet runs in your browser. Add it to your Home Screen to get an icon, open it without the browser's address bar, use it offline, and receive notifications.

GlucoPet is made by an independent developer. There are no subscriptions, ads, or data sales, and the app will remain free.
